Bulk Order Shipping & Policy
For bulk orders of 50 pieces or more, please note the following:
- Dispatch Timeline: Bulk orders require a minimum of 2 weeks for dispatch from the date of order confirmation.
- Shipping & Freight: Freight and shipping charges are calculated and charged as per actuals, based on the order size, weight, and delivery location.
- Payment Terms: 50% advance is required at the time of order confirmation, with the remaining 50% payable before delivery.
- Returns: Bulk orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and production has commenced.
